Terms of Services

Be sure to read the "Terms of Service".

Basic Information

• I DO NOT do animation.
• I DO NOT draw realistic portraits/art.
• I paint ONLY in my own style.
• I draw both female and male characters, animals and fantasy/abstract characters.
• Decide on the theme and content of the order. So that I can convey the composition of your desire - give a more detailed description of your "wishlist".
• Feel free to ask at what stage of your order, you can ask the artist to show at what stage the work is.
• The artist has the right not to accept your order at his own request.
• The artist is not responsible if a streaming or other platform rejects the installation of your emoticons/avatar, etc. on your account.

Order & Payment

• The waiting time for placing an order depends on the workload of the schedule and the contents of the order.
• If you want to place an order out of turn - be prepared to pay +40% of the final cost of the order.
• Payment in RUB is made via direct transfer to a credit card, payment in USD is made via PAYPAL via Hipolink or via Boosty using a credit card.
• If the client places an order with a large number of content: emoticons 10+, banner, buttons 3+, sub-icons 10+, detailed art - an advance payment is made when placing an order 50% of the original price .
• If you have not made an advance payment within 24 hours after placing an order, it will be cancelled.
• If you did not pay for the order within 72 hours after the work was completed - the return of the advance payment is not made, the authorship of the work remains with the artist, your order will be canceled.

Correction & Refund

• If the artist cannot complete your order for any personal reason, a full refund will be made to the client's account.
• Return of prepayment at the request of the client NOT is made.
• Refunds for partial / full work of the artist at the request of the client NOT is made.
• After the artist sends an example sketch to the client - the second one has the right to demand one free correction of the sketch elements, further correction of the order will be made for an additional fee, depending on the complexity of the details and the stage of the work done. Finished works NOT are corrected, the exception is personal errors / "underdrawing" from the artist.

• I am getting to the full work of your order (in the process of work I will try to share all the stages of work so that you can correct me if anything).
• I send you the finished work with the dimensions you need.
